Still life definitely keeps your attention for awhile. The graphics are great and makes you draw in close. If you are familiar with the Jack the Ripper investigation you'll get a sense of deja vu (I did a research paper in psychology on the subject). A lot of the story line is extremely similar, if not the same, to that story. I was very disappointed though that the only crime scene investigation that you were able to take an active part in was at the beginning of the game. You were able to take a few swabs here and tweeze there, etc. I was hoping to do more on other crime scenes but that wasn't what the game was about. What severely vexated me was the slow movement of the characters. When you are investigating you don't notice or care but when you had somewhere to go you could take a nap until vicky or gus left the scene with no way to speed up their progress. Ienjoyed playing the game though but once I got close to the end, with the knowlege of the Ripper case, I began to lose interest. It didn't take long for me to get very far in this game. After two days game-play I was close to the end.
