My friend and I played this two player on the XBOX and had a great time. So much so, I think we'll be tackling it again, this time swapping positions. I rode shotgun the first time we played through it, using the light gun, while he drove. It is pretty challenging and a very unique look to it. Both players have lots to do, with plenty of responsibility, yet two completely different challenges. As hardcore co-op players, we really appreciate the effort! The shooter has to aim at spinning orbs in the sky for extras, as well as the bad guys' car, while the driver needs to get close, hit specials as well, and ram into the opponent. There's plenty of different levels, including one really tough one where you have to track down and elminate 3 different cars racing about the city. There's also some rescue missions as well as escort missions, but really they all end up boiling down to getting the other car off the road. We did run into the odd glitch, including at least one hang. The graphics are cel-shaded, and a pretty nice look for the type anyway. Voice acting is good, music is okay. I haven't played the driver too much, so I can't comment about the car's handling, but the shooting worked like a charm. I did find some drift over the course of the game, but could never figure out how to re-calibrate the gun. Hey, I picked this up for $10 brand new and we'ver probably had as good a time with it as nearly any co-op game we've played, so I'd say the value is off the charts!
