@namdar This game is set roughly 3000 years before the movies, the bald guy is the sith lord from that time. If you go to lucasarts.com, then to the old republic page it has a timeline of what caused these conflicts, hope trailer also shows some of what is going on. It would also be wise to play Knights of the Old Republic. A. It's a fantastic game, and B. it also has story elements.

Is that bald mask wearing dude vader? Please someone bring me up to speed here.

@Islandbeats I totally agree with you. Its getting to the point where I would almost prefer they just make a cg movie out of it. I have watched these trailers numerous times now with a small amount of drool roll down my chin.

@lion-man : maybe i didnt know the game was an RPG until i watched this video and read into a little bit. i was just expressing my opinion and i am not a huge fan of RPG's. If i woulda known that this was an RPG then i prolly wouldnt have watched it in the 1st place but i didnt so i watched it and read a little bit about it and i expressed what i didnt like to much about this game.

@holmboy17 : If you hate RPGs so much why are you watching this? I hate it how people will post comments on youtube or GameSpot or anything else they can just to say that the topic of the video or report sucks. I mean, why would you do that when 99.99% of the people on the page like what they're watching or reading. Just come on. If you hate it, put it on a forum or something with other people that hate the same thing as you do. Don't just go around clicking on random crap say "I don't like this" post it and then expect nothing to be done. It's not only a waste of time, but also you accomplished nothing. Here is what I hear a lot and it is valid. If you don't like it, don't click on it.

@TheMercMaster, it was really meant as a joke. A very bad one at that. I dont' know really all that much about the expanded universe. Boba Fett came from "The Empire Strikes Back", which was before most if not all of the expanded universe stuff. So every person with that armor is inspired by Boba. Thanks for the info though, I didn't know any of that.

As much as i like Darth Malak and Starkiller, I have to disagree with both dman688 and Eggs-Benedict. Darth Vader is the first sith Star Wars fans ever see and too this day is undoubtably one of the most iconic sith and greatest villians ever conceived.

Sorry for the double-post, but while I was watching the trailer for the twenty-fifth time, I noticed some of the Jedi knights were killing Mandalorians! They had the same armour, and they weren't Sith. Also, did the blue alien (I know the species, just don't know how to spell it) that was with the big sith guy survive? Last that you see of her in the trailer is the leader jedi pushing her into a wall with the Force. Hmm...

@scatterbrain007 No, it's not meant to like like Boba or Jango Fett. before Jango Fett was a bounty hunter, he was captured by Mandalorians. His 'father' (one of the Mandalorians) was killed in combat by a jedi. Jango took his armor, hence the Mandalorian armor. Also, since clones are clones of Jango, they have Mandalorian-like armor, as well. When Jango was killed by Mace Windu in the Battle of Geonosis, Boba took his armor. So, most likely, the bounty hunter shown in the video is probably wearing Mandalore armour.

I disagree with you Eggs-Benedict. Darth malak is probably the second best, the first being Starkiller. Now you could argue and say he wasnt a Sith, but he was at a time and if you chose to sith side at the end of the game then he most definately was a sith.

if only the movies had duels like that

@DarpSyx no it is not Darth Vadar because this game is set like a thousand years before the original trilogy.
