The nano suit makes you feel like a god, but the AI is embarrassingly bad.

Enemy behavior is all over the map. One thing I've come across a lot involves a Cell soldier jumping over cover, then jumping back. Over, then back. Over, then back, ad infinitum, for seemingly no reason. Sometimes they appear to have superhuman senses, detecting you the second you uncloak, even if you're behind cover or well hidden. Other times, they seem blind (unable to see you when you're standing right in front of them) or mentally handicapped, flinching in the wrong direction (as though you're standing in front of them, rather than behind). They also seem unable to climb over knee-high air conditioning ducts, for some reason.
Bugs are also a big problem. Enemies tend to get stuck in corners, on stairs, often clumped together in packs, waiting to be picked off.
All these things take you out the game... they force you to think about the fact that this world was created by programmers (some of whom appear to have been intoxicated at the keyboard), which really sucks the life out of the experience.
So what happened? My best guess: EA shoved a hard deadline in Crytek's face and said, "Do the best you can."
The end result: Crysis 2 was shipped unfinished, plain and simple. And that's a shame.
