Return of the Empire

This was one of the first titles for the nintendo 64. I thought about buying it, being both a star wars and a nintendo fan, but i didn't. I rented it and it was a good decision. The game has not very detailed, but very colourful graphics and it brought the first person shooter to the home consoles. At it's time it was a good game. The levels in this game are very different from each other and you never know what or where the next level is going to be. There's much first person shooting, but also racing and flying in spacecraft. I really wanted to play on and finish this game, although some level bosses were quite tough. It was kind of rewarding. You could play the levels again at a higher difficulty level for an alternate ending, but i didn't bother. It was fun to play for a week and i guess it probably still is today.
NB: On the package it says "only on nintendo 64" but that's misleading since it was also released on windows in search of more money.
