This is a truly great game. Why aren't there more games like this? This was a perfect launch game for the gamecube. You get to fly spacecraft from the old starwars-trilogy, the gameplay is very good and the graphics are beautiful. You can switch to cockpit-view in any craft and fly between the stars and planets and bigger spacecraft, it's superb, the sense of freedom. there are approximately 15 levels you have to complete. The best ones were the ones where you replay the epic battles from the movie, like the battle for Hoth with the At-Ats and the battle for Endor, where you have to take out many Tie-Fighters and two enormous Stardestroyers. Also you get to take out two DeathStars, yeah! The last one is the one where you have to manoeuvre to the core of the battlestation and destroy it from within, adrenaline guaranteed!
There are a lot of extras you can unlock by doing well, like extra missions, extra spacecraft and weapon-upgrades you can find withn the missions, there is a lot to discover and i can tell you it's more fun to unlock these things yourself then by using a cheat-code. These cheatcodes perhaps should not have been in the game. Also, sometimes it's not clear what the mission objective is, making some levels a bit frustrating.
Nevertheless, this is the best StarWars game on all systems, easily the best flight-simulator/ game on the cube and it has great sound and graphics. I hope the rogue-leader series will also be on the Nintendo Wii with even bigger levels!
