Great game :) - couldn't finish :(

I loved KOTOR, and I was loving this game (XBox version) until, about 40 hours into it, I ran into a bug that I could not get past. The game always froze at exactly the same point. Returned the game 3 times, same bug same place. After extensive communication with the developer and Microsoft, and following all their suggestions, I turned to gamer forums for help. Turns out that many people had the same problem, which seems to be related to the crummy DVD drive in most XBoxes (I am on my 3rd XBox). I have experienced DVD drive-related problems with other XBox games, but this is the only one that I was unable to eventually resolve. This is why I have rated the game poor.
For those lucky enough not to experience this problem, it's a great game, almost as good as the original KOTOR. For the rest of us, we are SOL. I was extremely disappointed that neither the developer nor Microsoft was willing or able to resolve the problem, nor was a refund offered.
