Star Wars Galactic Battlegrounds (or SWGB) is an RTS for the PC. Its an exciting game that reminds me of Age of Empires.

The game features almost every character in the Star Wars universe, ewoks, wookies, and every sith and jedi you could ever think of. There are a few different factions that can be played, the Rebels, Empire, Wookies, Gungans, etc. All of the teams are well balanced as well as the units.

The different teams all have the same units structure, first the barracks where the troops are recruited, then a mech lab where the tanks are made, then the airport where the x-wings and tie fighters are built, a fortress where special units are made, and I think there is a building that is used to buy artillery.

There are many upgrades in the game also, upgrades for units, buildings, workers, and advancing in tech levels. Advancing tech levels is required to acquire more upgrades, buildings, and units.

Campaign mode is where SWGB shines. The missions are challenging and exciting, anything from defending, attacking, and to just building up a base to attack another base. The game also has a skirmish mode if you like to play against the computer, which is also fun.

I think the game has a little too much management for me. I am used to collecting one resource, not four. That's just me but everyone else has there own opinions.
Star Wars Galactic Battlegrounds is a fun game and if you like a good RTS or you are a fan of Star Wars I do recommend this game.
