A fun game for those tired of typical realistic racing games

Obviously, this game is taken from its scene in The Phantom Menace. Unlike typical racing games where you go 100 miles per hour through city streets with typical cars, pod racer lets you go upwards of 500 miles per hour, gives boosts where you can get up to 900 miles per hour, and provides tracks which have almost as many variations as you can think of. The tracks have different thing, from tunnels, to zero-gravity hyperspace, to jumps over the galaxy, to vast ice fields where turning is next to impossible. If you boost for too long or to often, your engire will heat up, catch on fire and, eventually, explode. But don't worry; you get infinite lives. The music has the same suspenseful tune as the original race, and that does get a little boring, but its ok. The players even respond to their surroundings, unlike the typical racing game. Pod Racer is a game you must own if you own an n64.
