Starwars: battlefront 2 has many new features to make this game a must have team-based shooter for those starwars fans!
First, this game has a revamped storyline that acturaly makes more sence, however you will only be able to play the rise of the empire where you play as the republic faction at first fighting against the seps and later you change and play as the galatic empire. Unlike in the previous game, the story this time around requires you to compleate certain structured objectives before all your renforcements depleate, meaning the enemy will have infanate renforcements and your side will have a base amount of renforcements and that number increases with objectives you compleate.
Apart from the restructured storyline, Star wars: battlefront 2 gives you the option to play as a hero character such as darth vada, obi-wan konobi, and luke skywalker. Each of these characters have special abilities which can have devistating impacts against your enemy, such as force attacks and the light saber throw which can lituraly mow down over 10 units (freind and foe) at a time.
Also custom battles allow you to now participate in new modes such as hunt were you have to either play as the hunted and distroy the hunters or play as the hunters and distroy the hunted, the different thing about this mode is that it is played with native faction eg wampa's against a domestic faction eg: the rebal alliegnce. Another mode that really stood out was the one were you get to play as good or evil which you have a selection of all the hero characters and you fight it out against the enemy with all of the hero's and villans.
The graphics have also been reworked with a much more stable frame-rate and better looking enviroment and character textures makes this game have far improved graphics over it's predicessor.
Also music sount track and weapon sownds are what you should expct from any star wars movie and if you liked the music sound track from the previous game then good because that is all back in this game.
Overall anyone who likes the star wars movies or liked the previous battlefront game should get this game as it is a superb runner up to an already great game.
