Despite all the negativity around this game, i played this game though. I enjoyed the entire experience. There were bugs
The graphics weren't that bad, the sound was authentic and the gameplay isn't as broken as others say. I did have to restart a check point once but that was okay. The game will get patches to fix any of these issues later, after all we live in the 21st century.
If you are into star trek at all, the old series or the new series i think you should consider trying this one out. The story and humor of the cast makes it worth it. It kinda reminded me of an old star wars game on the snes in terms of what to expect. Like taking control of the enterprise. Not there't alot done in this area but it was a nice add on.
I think all the hate around this game came from the publishers trying to give the game a higher racking on metacritic and steam. They shot theirselves in the foot and did deserve the backlash. But its still a great game.
