This game should have been held back more for it's technical problems than it's gameplay
I bought Stacked the day it came out, at first, I was so excited to get my hands on the game having anticipated it coming out for so long. After putting it into my XBox, I powered it up and found the graphics and sound to be good, decent. The one player game is good. I can see how it can teach a person how to play Texas Hold 'em poker and how it can be a fun and interesting game for someone with a bit of experience. I did find Negreanu's advice to be laughable and questionable in the situations they were presented.
What really gets me is how a game that's been pushed back a year is still having problems with it's XBox Live game play. I have been repeatedly booted out in the middle of games and had multiple "fatal error" messages while trying to get into the lobby of games I was scheduled to play in. A big problem they fixed is where you would win and have in excess of the $2,000 the game starts you off with and you sign off, when you return you are started back at the initial $2,000.
Not all is negative though. I have gotten a lot of playtime in and my friends list has grown quite a bit which is good because I always have someone to invite into a game.
I really like this game, I would like to like it more. A patch would help that.
