If you want both mashup games, then no problem, but if you are only getting one, get Crash Bandicoot Purple.

Game Review-Gameboy Advance-Spyro Orange: The Cortex Conspiracy
Review 210
Released: Jun 3, 2004
Publisher: VU Games
Developer: Vicarious Visions
Game Genre: 2D Platformer
ESRB Rating: E for Everyone
ESRB Descriptors: Animated Violence
Opening Thoughts:
Sypro Orange: The Cortex Conspiracy is part of a two game mashup between the worlds of Crash Bandicoot and Spyro.
Story: 30%
Gameplay: 40%
Graphics: 20%
Durability: 10%
Story (7/10)
Dr. Neo Cortex and Ripto have teamed up to take over the world. Cortex has genetically modified Ripto's minions to make them stronger.
Gameplay (7/10)
The gameplay in Spyro Orange is a lot easier and a lot less fun than the gameplay in Crash Bandicoot Purple. Where Crash has his spin move, Spyro has a headbutt and the ability to shoot flame, making enemies nearly useless.
There are five portals throughout each world that, once beaten, unlock a giant portal. Each portal has a fun minigame. The Spyro minigames are a bit more fun than those in Crash Bandicoot Purple, but are also a lot harder to understand and a lot longer.
Graphics (6/10)
Not as good as those in the other mashup game.
Durability (7/10)
Overall Score (6.8/10)
Rounded Score (7/10)
Final Thoughts:
If you want both mashup games, then no problem, but if you are only getting one, get Crash Bandicoot Purple.

Spyro kicks some serious *** in this movie. Its a assortment of videos all recorded by myself, from the PS1, to XBOX360. Enjoy, and comment if you like!Posted Aug 6, 2008
