This game is a great simulation of a species going from the "primordial soup" to the vast expanses of space.

The Spore game is dived into 5 levels or stages of evolution. Here they are:

Cell: This is the easiest stage of the game and I passed it 15 minutes after I installed the game. It is very fun though.

Creature: This is the toughest stage of the game. I took me 2 months to beat it! It is the best part of the game however. ( Fun tip: Go on top of a geyser and your creature will fly up in the air!)

Tribe: One of my favorite parts of the game. I normally don't like strategy one bit, but I still love this stage.

Civilization: It is fun but a bit too easy to beat.

Space: It is nice but I don't think it is possible to beat it in less than a year.


I really love the creation tools that come with the game. (Don't be upset by the price because it includes the creature creator with it and so really cost about the same as any new-release game.) The only flaw is that it is sometimes difficult to take a picture in your head and make it in the creator.
