It's not bad,but it's not great either
Today i'll review Splatterhouse for the Ps3
Now has you may know,most of the critics said that this game was bad,but i found it to be good
Unfortunately,some problems keep the game away from being "Great"
First of all,the cheap deaths: There're tons of cheap deaths in the whole game,expecially in the 2D sections
If your jump isn't perfect,you'll die,and this game is cruel with the loading screens
In the 3D sections,there're some part when you'll be sorrounded by enemies; if you get hit once,your reaction is slow,so meanwhile the other enemies are attacking you and if you don't use the regeneration ability in time,you'll die
There're also a lot of tecnichal and camera problems and the game can be repetitive,but if you love bloody combacts(like me),you'll still play this game
Oh,did i talked about the finishing moves? They're sooo much fun to use! :D
Nothing more satisfying than see your enemy literally being cutted alive and the blood covering the screen
Also,the game can be pretty short,it won't take more than 10 hours to beat
If this game will ever be remembered,it will be remembered as "The goriest game ever made)
In conclusion,this game wasn't great,but i personally enjoyed it
Maybe 'cause i'm a huge fan of the old school Splatterhouse games(also included in the game) or maybe just because i love blood in games
But still,i only recomend this game if you're a fan of the old Splatterhouse games
