Splatterhouse 3, One of the best games of all time, as one of the goriest

Whne you think of the words Splatterhouse, you probably think of a very gory, yet intense house right? Well, Splatterhouse 3, sticks to its title, and then some. This was one of the most revolutionary series of all time, and one of the bloodiest for its time. Splatterhouse came before Mortal Kombat people, it was hte first to be gory. It's both a great beat em up, and a great survival horror title. You play as Rick, a Jason Voorhees lookalike, who must return to the mansion of Dr, West, who has ofcourse died years ago. He must return here, because his wife Jennifer, and son David. You are timed throughoutt he whole game. If you fail to make it to the stage boss in time, something bad happens. And if you make it to the boss in time, something a little more....enlgihtening happens. But this house is evil, so it won't be like a machine gun or anything. The monsters are actually ery neat looking. nothing ground breaking, but very nice. Your probably wodnering how you defend yourself. Well, you start with your buff fists, and you move on to bricks, machetes, and many others. SOme monsters splatter good, and others just fall to the floor. Heck, sometimes a monsters head may fall off! Be warned though, this game is extremely difficult. Well, it was difficult for me anyways. But, it is worth the difficulty. With its intense amount of gore, and aweosme gameplay, you can withtake it right? One of the coolest features, is when you beat up enough monsters, you can transform into Uber-Rick. You basically turn itno a super buff, indistructable monster. Think of altered beast, and the suffering people. But overall this game is great. the gameplay is fresh for its time, and the graphics are good. A game that is an instant classic, and a must own for any survival horror, or beat em up fan.
