An old flame of Peter Parker's, Felicia Hardy, aka Black Cat, has been with the wall-crawler through thick and thin, despite an initial series of stormy run-ins with him and her dodgy history as a jewel thief. While she doesn't have any special powers, Black Cat is an accomplished acrobat and martial artist, and she possesses uncanny street smarts. In-game, count on Cat to be a steadfast ally to Spidey, providing him with info and support.

Daredevil

Real Name: Matt Murdock
First Appearance: Daredevil #1
"The man without fear," as Daredevil is referred to, is a fellow NYC-based superhero. Matt Murdock was blinded in a selfless attempt to save an elderly blind man from a speeding truck carrying radioactive materials. In a strange twist of fate, the very materials that blinded him heightened his remaining senses, granting him powers beyond that of any normal man. In addition to his already superior agility, these powers allow the otherwise mild-mannered attorney to assume the role of an ultra-effective crime-fighting machine: Daredevil. In-game, expect DD to support Spidey from the shadows, working independently of him toward the same goals.

J.J. Jameson

J. Jonah Jameson

Real Name: J. Jonah Jameson
First Appearance: Amazing Spider-Man #1
While not exactly a "good guy," Jameson is the editor of the Daily Bugle, Peter Parker's place of employment. Simply put, Jameson is a staunch enemy of Spider-Man - always eager to alert the public of the dangers that he believes the web-head brings to the city. Despite Spidey's having saved his hide on a number of occasions, JJJ doesn't let up - creating all sorts of scandals, and at times, even framing Spider-Man. In a sense, though, because he's Peter Parker's boss, he's an indirect supporter of Spider-Man, and thus, within the scope of this piece. Expect JJJ's role in the game to consist of directing a great deal of harassment, verbal abuse, and general unpleasantness toward Spidey.
