The Breakdown -- Halo: Reach

With the unveiling of the new Halo: Reach trailer, we couldn't help but get excited and attempt to pick it apart in the hope of uncovering any information that might not otherwise be apparent on an initial viewing. It's a little bit of observation and a little bit of speculation, but in either case, the trailer reveals plenty of different things to get excited about. First and foremost, the game will feature an entire squad of Spartan super-soldiers like the Halo series' hero, Master Chief.

    I WANT A PLAY , I WANT A PLAY =) ... im just hoping for some sweet map...some sweet armor custome spartan not like the hayabusa one who was pretty ugly...the control in halo 3 are pretty good so i dont mind if they stick to it =)...new weapon ,new vehicule and some new equipment maybe? =)...but im hoping this time bungie wont created equipment if they dont even want to put them in matchmaking,just like the flashbang and radar confuser =/ they were fun but they take them away =/

    there is a multiplayer beta coming out... so yes, there will be multiplayer

    I also hope they are making a totally new graphics engine, im not saying that the halo 3 graphics sucked, but in comparisson of all the bunch of the new games, all have awesome graphics and i don't want that my loved new halo game is one with the worst graphics.

    ODST was a good game Campaign was great. The thing that killed it for me was the multiplayer. Firefight was cool but there was NO MATCHMAKING. Online matchmaking competitively through automatic grouping of players to the most popular game types. You had to stick the second disk in and go back to play Halo3. I would have loved to fight ODST against ODST. Game types like VIP, SLAYER, ODDBALL, CTF, JUGGERNAUT AND KING OF THE HILL. That is HALO and the reason why Gamers are still playing Halo3, Gears of War2, and Modern Warfare one or two. Need a patch or update to my consoled.

    The first halo was one of the best games ever but the rest since then have been total s***.This one is looking awesome hopefully the gameplay has been changed a bit because i don't want to see a third halo 3 clone.

    It would be cool to have like an open environment to explore, not just to follow a simple road till you find some covenant to kill.

    If anyone has read the Halo books, they would be even more excited for this game. The book was awesome, I hope they have cinematics about the creations of the Spartan-II's.

    Think the trailer looks awsome, bungie allways manage to get me exited about their games, more so than any other team. Having read the halo books i think this trailers bleak landscape and weather reflects good on the hopeless situation the Fall of reach really was.

    I allso notice that bungie finally has desided to make some proper good looking faces, facedesign in halo 3 and ODST was terrible, while the armor were looking great. All in all, im truly looking forward to this, keep up the good work Bungie
