Now that we're done speculating on hardware that we know very little about, it's time for something on new hardware that has already been announced: the Wii U. That thing Nintendo showed at E3 in 2011? Not exactly what it will show at E3 2012. Sure, it'll look very similar physically, but the final box will do more. In the last few months, Nintendo has apparently gone very quiet when it comes to updating the existing development kits, and this has led to rampant speculation that there are changes coming, possibly to the custom AMD Radeon HD GPU and to the IBM-sourced multicore CPU. We already know that the final spec will support multiple tablets, after Nintendo initially announced it would support only one, but that's just the tip of the iceberg.
