The graphics aren't great but it is fun to defeat a whole army one by one using legendary weapons and awsome gore moves!
It has been about 2yrs since I beat the game so I will write this the best way that I can....ok so this game got out right after god of war and there are spartans and ares in it...ares tells this spartan guy to kill armies and stuff and in the end you get to beat ares in a 1 on 1 fight...but so what if the story has been copied and the graphics suck there are hings in this game that GoW lacks like the gameplay is more fun, you have more legendary weapons to use (such as the spear of achilles, Beowulf's hammer etc...) you kill whole armies using moves like turning them to stone for a temporary time using a golden shield that has something to do with medusa and then breaking them into pieces with your golden sword...after every level you get points which you have to choose either to invest into strength, speed, stamina etc.. and when you reach a level where example they all reach about 10, you will be rewarded with new armour and a new rank.With this procedure I started as a bare belly spartan ,then a spartan with cr*ppy armour, then a spartan with golden armour and in the end I became a spartan with tiger skin on my waist and armour that seems to be like gold.The rank started as Spartan I think and ended into something like God or Legend. Anyway you will have an army following you almost everywhere you go and that is something I liked about this game that GoW doesn't have..having authority over a whole army..you would love seing the emprovements and different ranks and armour as you go further in the game
