Spartan is good but is you are looking more for a war type game than a story game look elsewhere

This is still a good game even though the genre is trying to kick into a dynasty warriors one. This is not a war game. This is a story based game on the spartans taking back Rome and fighting Romans. This tries to act like a war game but it fails. The graphics are very good and the engiene is good as it can support 100 warriors on the screen. The gore is displayed very good and the sound matches the gameplay very good. The controls are solid but sometimes you can get very confused. It would only take you a minimum of 10 to 20 hours to complete story mode but unlocking all arena secrets is more of a challenge. Unofrtunatley is you are looking more for a war game then look elsewhere as this more fits in to the genre of Adventure and this game does come up short
