The game itself sounds rather intriguing. I bought it, installed it, downloaded all the patches, and was surprised!

Being that I'd been studying Greco-Roman history of late, I saw this game in the bargain bin, and was intrigued. I simply had to try it. I was suckered in by the $5.00 pricetag, and the box art, which seemed, at that time at least, to promise something worthile.

I promptly downloaded the patches, and everything, figuring that before long I would be conquering Persia. To my utter surprise, the game didn't work.

I've tried for two hours to get this thing to work, and it hasn't. So what can I say?

I'll say this. I am disappointed, and dismayed that I have been unable to play my game. I consider that, since my computer is awesome, and my drivers are current, that the software is what's to blame, and subsequently, the people who made it are pure ka-rap.

I'm whizzed off, perterbed, and dismayed to no end by what I witness as a hunk of non-working garbage, and will endeavor never to buy anything from these so-called people again.

Thieving goons...
