An unknown sequal. And even though it may look bad, It couldn't get any better!

What people don't know is this game is actually the sequal to Rocket Knight (or a rip-off, one or the other haha) which was released for the sega.

This game is very addictive, but very hard. It will take time for you to beat it. Don't play the easy (digest) mode. Its sad, its actually harder (because you don't get the luxuary of all the levels) and it ends off after you spending hours trying to beat the end boss. it just ends saying try normal mode.

So skip the process and start off in normal. Or play the hard level to fight a super final boss that is actually easier than the end boss (oops, did I spoil that for anyone?)

The game consists of a mouse with a sweet sword and a rocket pack on his back. Well thats the imagination for you. Now give him some odd ability to send a ghost swinging thingy of his sword across about 3/4ths the screen. And on contact, make it scare the clothes off a bunch of walking dogs. Yeah they went all out on this one. Sound dismal, sorry to say but, this game rocks!

They did everything wrong, and it turned out so right.

The explosions
The controls
The bosses
The music
The effects
It all rocks!

And theres a bit of something for everyone. Even a top scroller shooting game!

The replayability is pretty basic, every time you beat a mode, it tell you to try a harder one and in the case of hard mode, it unlocks very hard mode. which unlocks another even harder mode. Each mode has a different ending so enjoy.

Getting skilled with the rocket and roll attack is very important. When you can bounce around on the screen endlessly without touching the ground, you're half way to being ready. Practice fighting the earily bosses using your rocket attack only and use your roll attack to get out of bad situations. Try using your roll attack to "scare" normal enemies instead of using your sword. it will make you more skilled. I'm probably one of the few people that beat every difficulty mode in it. little piece of advice. The wrestling boss really hurts the fingers hahahah.

This is a game that should have shined more than it did and I hope it won't be forgottin and lost in time. Because it's a great game to play. Very addicting and the controls just scream to you to master them.

Difficulty:
Depends on the mode, Crazy Hard is like the name suggests

Learning curve:
It will take a lot of practice to even beat the boss on easy mode. I did it with a friend the first time. I was renting the game and we kept taking turns. Eventually we beat it.

Gameplay:
Amazing. its so easy and so much fun. And you get to play it so many different ways.

Graphics:
For the time, they were top notch.

Sound:
I love listening to the sound tracks for the game even now. The music is beutiful and the effects are fun.

Value:
Good game for its price. Even back then.
