Well, it's finally here and the wait wasn't really worth it. Soul Caliber III is a major re-hash with some minor tweaks on an awesomely strong fighting system and some beautiful detail and depth added to its environments. The character creation mode is an interesting add-on, but the way you can use your created characters is very limited. All in all this game feels too much like a re-hash of stomped upon ground. If you're a Soul Caliber fan or a fan of tight fighting games, it's definitely a must have, but otherwise rent it and see if you like before you buy.
