Man.. sorry for the late review, there was a black cat across the road.. Soul Calibur 2 - great game!

Transcendant History and the World, The tale of Swords and Souls, eternally retold... and the tune starts up, with the amazing GC Visuals. Soul Calibur 2, a game I've wanted since Christmas '05, the day I've got my gamecube, and one of the first game I've ever played on GC. By this point of the review, please note that I already own Soulcalibur 4 (PS3).

Graphics - OUTSTANDING! Man, even playing Soulcalibur 4, I still like the graphics of this game, it has better faces and less shiny compared to Soulcalibur 4. Opening is immense, even better than Soulcalibur 4 (because SC4 opening is too long, plus it's ruined by Darth Vader and only showing what?? 7 characters???), everyone (except the unlockables) are shown in the opening in SC2 and the details are great, characters looks good details are great, looks good.

Gameplay - Man, it's Soulcalibur, it's always great for gameplay, moves are easy to perform (in a GC Controller), and it's Soul Calibur, whay would you expect? Even with a GC controller, moves are easy to pull! Everything is expected, and should have kept it this way.

Sounds - PURE EPIC TENSION! Just by opening, everything the dramatic feel, the character select, the background music, it beats Soul Calibur 4 on all ground-breaking music. It even has a LoZ Tune, PURE CLASSIC!


Soulcalibur 2 actually have a Weapon Master Mode, and earning characters. Everything is earned in this game (all characters), but for the rest, you have to pay.

This review is nice and short, simply the greatest Soul Calibur ever made, and the Dreamcast version. The Gamecube version is the best version, clearly because Link will thrash Heihachi and Spawn in a match, simple as that. With really swift loading times, great graphics, and probably the greatest fighting game of 6th gen. This is definitely a perfect game.
