This game sucks

Sonic Shuffle is possibly the worst game I've ever played! A friend gave the game to me for free, just before trading in his dreamcast. I gotta say, that was one of the meanest things he ever did! Sonic Shuffle is a party game, like a rip-off of mario party, except without the fun...

Graphics 6/10

I'll give sonic team a bit of credit. The Graphics at least fit the games style. But that doesnt mean they're good. The game's graphics are cel shaded, but don't work right... It fits the game, just doesnt work at all with sonic.

Sound/Music 3/10

The sound and music are some of the worst I've ever heard!! This is not sonic music! It sounds like.. french 5-year-old cartoon music... I'm giving it 3/10 because some of the sound effects are so stupid, they can make you and your friends laugh. (one time I swear I heard Robotnik say Osama Bin Laden! Oh yeah? Oh, yeah?)

Story 3/10

Well, at least it isnt the classic Sonic Story... but still, and unbelievably cheesy, confusing mess... Story won't seem to matter here, though. Its hardly Implemented at all.

GamePlay 1/10

I would give it a zero, but i dont think I can. Terrible. Amazingly Terrible. Ok, heres how it works: You and the other 3 characters take amazingly slow turns moving around confusing boards by using cards (not dice). A big problem? Theres really long and frequent load times everywhere! if you get a minigame, you have a load time for instructions, pratice, minigame, result and another to get back to board.

The games biggest flaw? Enemy AI. Its perfect. The only way to beat this game on 1 player is to auto save after every turn and hope you get prefect luck like them. Take 'battles' for example. You have to pick a card, and then numbers ranging from 1-(whatever number card was) flash onscreen randomly. You have to randomly time it right and get the highest number possible. Now, you want to know how the computer players do it? They get the highest damage AND Always score a critical hit!!! Totally not fair!! The only time I've ever seen a computer player lose was when their cards weren't high enough level to defeat the enemy. Computer players are invincible!

Multiplayer 3/10

Unlike Mario party games, multiplayer is a seperate option! You know what this means? Single player is the only way to unlock anything! You don't even keep much-needed credits to buy things on multiplayer!! So, theres really no point to this, when you could be by yourself playing and earning secrets that can only be used on multiplayer anyway! Oh, by the way, don't expect to use multi much. The highest amount of people I've ever gotten to play Sonic Shuffle is 3. And there was 10 people in the room. Sad...

Overall?
2/10

Truly terrible. no fun at all!! Ever have one of those parts of a game where it feels like a chore, not fun? Well this game is like that all the time, except worse! Avoid Sonic Shuffle At all costs!! (which for me, was nothing thankfully)

One thing, if you get this game in the 'Dreamcast, Sonic Adventure, and Sonic Shuffle Bundle' give it away to somebody you hate!
