It's been a long time coming.

Ladies and Gentleman finally, a strictly SONIC, experience. Uninterrupted speed and jumping joy.
That is what you will find when you pop this relative "gem" into your console. Why was it ever so hard to figure out that all a sonic game needed was sonic, is beyond me. But better late than never. This game follows on the heels of "Sonic Colors" released last year and in my opinion improves upon it. Though the Wisps were a welcomed milder gimmick in comparison to where hogs, and swords, I still felt like my sonic experience was slightly interrupted. In Generations this is not so. PURE SPEED AND BLISS.
Now of course this game is not without it's flaws. Controls can get a little Woo-Woo, and unexpected deaths should be expected.(?) But honestly, I have been playing the daytime stages on Sonic Unleashed for years now and so I can groove around that hurdle like Classic Sonic boping bad nicks. Smooth baby. That's not to say that the controls haven't improved though, THEY HAVE!!!!
Bottom line kids. This is a nostalgic rush forward/blast to the past. So buckle your red sneakers, because some of you younger ones might not know how good a true sonic experience can be. Now I have to go now, I FEEL THE NEED FOR SPEED!!!!

P.S.
Thank you Sonic Team and Sega. I have gained faith in you again. I don't know what is changing, but whatever the change is IT'S GOOD!!
