This may be sonic's debut to the wii, but it isn't a good one...
The good points are that the graphics aren't that bad, and the story is pretty long. This game has minigames in it to which add to the content and the story as cutscenes in it to explain the plot. That's basically all the good points.
The bad points are that the controls are unusable. You control sonic by holding the wii mote on it's side. Why couldn't it have been the classic or the nunchuck attachment.
The cutscenes are cheesy little moving slides. It's not done properly. It should of been done with actuel cutscenes.
The minigames are pure garbage. It's a huge ripoff of mario party, a bad ripoff...
The minigames are very boring and doesn't make the game any better.
I rented this game and was expecting an awesome wii game. When I played it, I was so disappointed. Why can't sonic games stay in 2D. 3D sonic games suck and should never be made. I played it once, and never again.
Overall, this game should only be rented or bought by die hard sonic fans because if you aren't, you will be throwing your wii mote at the tv because of this terrible game. So, only get this game if you're a die hard sonic fan. If you're not, stay away from this game.
