Best 2D Sonic Game ever...Best 2D game ever period to be honest.

Long ago my and my older brother bought this game. Within a week both of us had beat this game. Easy to say we were constantly playing it. Then after we had beat it we hooked Sonic 2 onto the top. This was very fun because i thought that it was funner to play as Knuckles then it was to play as Sonic. Then i bought the third and in the first week i once again beat the whole game.
This game was like every other Sonic game on the Genesis but the levels were much funner, better bosses, and the cool new charatecter Knuckles. When Sonic 3 is hooked on you basically get the FULL game. That includes every single level in both games and the story of the game is directly givin to you and makes alot of sense. Not to common for a 2D game
