Is this included with the digital copy or only cart?

I'm not sure which one to buy, i want the bonus

We don't know if the bonus's are included in the Digital version because it officially hasn't come out in America yet, we will know first thing when the PSN store updates, but if I had to guess I would say yes, the Bonus editions will run for another few months, then there just going to make the basic game, and you'll end up buying the bonus's like Metal Sonic and Outrun Bay.

If you look in the description of the game on the vita psn, it also states the bonus is included.
