I have Rank A I randomly got it sometime today, not sure when. But the achievement didn't pop. Anybody know what gives or how to fix it?

    I found the problem.

I got Rank A in matchmaking but the achievement didn't pop until I repeated a World Tour event. So it seems the license achievements only pop if you get them in a world tour event or from playing one subsequently.

I got them only during Single Player. I am now on License S, process to obtaining Star. And at that time, I was doing a "Beat the Ghost" challenge.

From what I know - it seemed like it is building in same fashion as it did in original game, SEGA Miles, you know that? So if you had done your best in the race, like earned 900 points for win first place in the race on Class A difficult, it is also put in the License. The better you played, the more points you gained as well as increased your character's Level (up to Star, which is sixth level after fifth). In original, it was no effort to gain Platinum License when you breezed through it like you knew the map on back of your hand.

licence is percentage based. 3-star licence is 100% (but the max is 105% so that's no big deal)
