Sonic Advance is a great GBA game that holds on to the formula of Sonic games while still being fun.

Sonic Advance is a very good game on the Gameboy Advance and is woth it if you can't get the third game. The levels are well designed and keep to the Sonic formula.

The only thing this game lacks is some decent amount of characters and music. Music gets repetitive and boring really fast. There are just not enoug characters either.

The characters have their own unique abilities like Sonic speeds fast, Tails flys, Knuckles punches and glides, and Amy hits things with a hammer. I just wish they could have included more characters since there are more like one's introduced in Sonic Advenure and Sonic Adventure 2. They could have included Shadow or Cream or even Super Sonic.

There is no story mode in Sonic Advance. A bit of a doner. Luckily, it makes this up with a big amount of stages. The stages feel well done and very proffesional yet, still being like sonic.

The difficulty in the game can get pretty intense but, not feeling cheap or unfair. There are some parts in stages that you just won't make too the first time you play the stage which gives you more time to play the game and beat. There's no real problem with the difficulty, just a little difficu;t at some times.

Their is a great multiplayer game in this game so there is no need to worry if you'll friend will be able to play with you although, you will need an two player cable for it to work.

Sonic Advance is a great game to recommend to friend who has played the original sonic games. It's a good game for kids who want a fast paced yet challenging game.
