Graphic FPS, but not much to go with it.

It seems like everytime you get a game that actually pulls no punches on the graphic content, they lack in other areas. This game is no different. The story is, well, I didnt even give it much of a chance honestly. It seemed too boring for me, I didnt like the main characters voice, acting, or anything of the sorts. So I mainly just run around with cheats on, killing people because, lets face it, its interesting to see peoples legs, arms and other parts that should never be disconnected, disconnect. The graphics of this game are fair, every level seems to have a dark haze over it, making it very difficult to see anything beyond your gun. The faces of the gunman are goofy, no expressions, never change. But nothing is more fun than getting the automatic shotgun and blow those ugly mugs clean off! I'd think the best part of this games graphic is the graphic content, you can sever just about any body part, they really went into detail of the reality of what would happen if you got shot in the face with a shotgun. But what good is all of that when the rest can't match it? The sound is good when it comes to the sound of the guns, they all have a good distinct sound effects, but the music, is terrible. Especially in the Hong Kong level, its basically stereotypical Hong Kong music. The controls are slow, slightly sluggish, but thankfully they're adjustable. The massive array of guns would take forever to scroll through with just a button, so they made a "list" format, you can pick Multiplayer, if you've read any of my other reviews, you'll know its my favorite part of games. Xbox Live totally revamped my excitement for gaming. But this game, just doesnt do a lot for me, its not terrible, but its not great. And since the game turned out to be flop, you'll rarely find anyone but hardcore fans on the game's Xbox Live. In closing, I wouldnt reccomend paying the full price for this game, I got it through Ebay for only $10.00 with shipping. I wouldnt even say its worth the rental, if you can get it on Ebay for a few more dollars. Check around first.
