It took me a while to jump on the SOCOM band wagon but jump I did and it was a great thing. This game is a very well thought out and made "mini" shooter on the excellent PSP handheld. If you were like me, and you had the urge to take your gaming on the road this was just the answer. Beautiful rendering and environments. No they are not Xbox360 league but why should they? The gameplay and sound are very very good, and this just makes me readier to go pick up FTB 2 once I get past this game. One thing I did notice was this game even on "Admiral" setting is pretty easy. The lock on targetting is something I got used to but it is a cheat in my book, even if that is how the game is. I picked this sucker up for under 20 bucks at Best Buy and it was a definate winner.
