We get Guy Cocker and Tor Thorsen's initial reactions to the Sony PlayStation Move.
might as well come out with a vest with sensors that give a "light" shock depending where ur character got shot/hit and then utilize the 3d tv technology on top of that...thats the closest thing we can get to the matrix
I hope Sony can impress us with Move, cause i think a HD wii wont be enough. I want hardcore games to play with Move!!!
I think this gonna be great. You go Nint.... shi* mean SONY ;D
What ever happened to armchair vets? I don't want to stand up while playing video games!
It still just seems like the Wii, but in HD and with more precise controls. Give me a traditional control scheme any day.
Think I'll be waiting and seeing what games come out for it. Looking good though :D
Great video here
Oh and also great job GameSpot! I hope to see you next year as well!
Nice show, felt like I was there.
I am definitely getting this:D
i love my playstation, but this controller doesnt seem to fit for me... :(
Can't say I'm all that impressed with this -- too reminiscent of the Wii for my tastes. Kudos to those that look forward to this. Though I still lol at those that made fun of the Wii and then went and praised this. :P
PS is the best console :)
It'll be interesting to see how consumers react to the Move when it reaches retail.
Sounds pretty cool, but I want to see more games before I decide to buy it.
Looks cool. 8)
I personally don't think it's gonna ruin the console. Think of it as an add-on. You have the option to buy MOVE along with games that support that technology, but you can also remain buying the regular games and play them with the original controller. Ok, so maybe some devs will waste some time and money with games for MOVE especifically, but I like to believe that they will keep in mind why we bought a PS3 and not a WII in the first place.
I think it's not bad, Finally we might get trophies for casual Motion sensing games :D
Move? blah... Why ruin the console?
makes me want a ps3
pretty good price for the controller, camera and game. Won't get it straight away, will have to wait and see future games.
with all do respect, one of the reason why Wii sells like a peanut and cracker jack on a baseball match is because little boys and girls like em' -and their parents thought the price is reasonable. PS3 is a somewhat a more hardcore console. little boys and girls parents would think the price is a bit off for a game console (not to mention that they're gonna sell the move controller separately). i could picture my little sister and her friends happily playing Mario party games and fun stuff on Wii. but i just can't picture them brutally playing God of War III...
This is just awesome! I am getting this for the PS3
I'm a little curious as to how this thing will sell, in comparison to Microsoft's Natal. It will be an interesting year 2011 won't it?
All this motion stuff with all the systems... Come on! No couch love? :)
Pretty interesting
Doesn't Nintendo hold a patent on this kind of tech? How Sony can get away with such blatant plagiarism, and be so smug about it is beyond me.
Playstation move looks nice, but it reminds too much of the wii remote.
I think the games looked better than the ones shown in games like the Wii's resort minigames but I'm not that interested yet.
Playstation move, eh? Look's nice.
Sounds nice the Play Station move accesory..I really would like to use it one day with one of my cousins play station, hopefully since I dont own a sony console:P But yeah would like to have one. Great quality, form of using it.
It sounds like the paintbrush accuracy has some issues. I like the fact that they are monitoring tweets to help readers see the different vendors on the floor.
I prefer these guys, they're a bit older... seem a bit more honest about their personal opinions on the products.
i was disapointed with red steel too, i think they should remake it for Move.
I don't think homer should be working as an interviewer... he should be ...somewhere else ¬¬
Get with the motion dissin terms.. Wii: Wii waggle. Microsoft Xbox 360 NATAL: Full body Waggle. Sony PS3: Move Wiggle Jiggle Waggle. The Motion control era is now complete. Thank you for reading. LOL
If they start as good as the Wii is now then it might not be that bad.
I don't believe Sony will only focus on Move, its just another piece of hardware and software to add to the ps3 inventory making ps3 a beautiful console
TOR! TOR THORSEN! This video is complete.
arc sounds stupid, move is more direct, the real advantage of move is not really from the product itself but the fact that most shooters can be updated to use the controller, I know that most people don't really care about that, me included but still as they said many guys will like to try shooters that otherwise they wouldn-t have
Sounds semi-exciting.
hey fossil, im from Brazil too! Move is really good for a party...in HD!
"Arc" sounds way better. "Move" sounds misleading. I actually thought Sony were moving something or somewhere.
Yeah, I totally agree...I hope PS3 doesn't start forcing developers to cater to the Move. That is Nintendo's major pitfall.
As long as the PS3 and 360 don't get infected with Wii's shovelware
