PSP Retro gaming at its finest. Brilliant compilation.

Believe it or not, I have never played on an arcade machine in my life, I have never played any of the more modern arcade titles such as – Time Crisis, House of the Dead or Tekken, and I was too young to have played the ... Read Full Review

    For only the die hard.

When I saw this at my local game store, I thought it might be worth picking up. Although I've never been a big fan of games made by Shin Nihon Kikaku (SNK), There were some real gems with this compilation. Unfortunately,... Read Full Review

SNK Arcade Classics give you a lot of bang for just a few bucks.

I'm a sucker for compilation disks. They offer many games at such a low price that you can't possibly go wrong. I enjoyed the revisit to many of the arcade classics in this game. None are bad, many are really impressi... Read Full Review

A pretty good collection of SNK classics, but it left me a little disappointed.

I like SNK games, so this compilation of some of their Neo Geo titles is a pretty good effort to introduce their old Neo Geo catalog. While games like King of the Monsters, World Heroes, King of Fighters and Samurai Sho... Read Full Review

    Memories...

When I was growing up, there was always a Neo-Geo machine in the local Dairy Queen and Red Robin. I remember one of the cabinets having Blue's Journey, Top Hunter, and Metal Slug. It was always entertaining to watch the ... Read Full Review

    Better than Namco Museum.

In my opinion, this is better than Namco Museum. There are 16 games. Art of Fighting is the origin of the fleshed-out story mode in fighting games. It's also the origin of the spirit bar that limits use of special moves.... Read Full Review

Back in the day these games were great. Are they still great today?

This is a review of the Wii version. As I understand it there is a PS2 version but I don't know if they are the same or slightly different. Anyway, I'll start off with that if you don't like retro game don't buy it. B... Read Full Review

A worthy collection that should've been more.

SNK Arcade Classics is a worthwhile purchase for your collection if you're a fan of SNK or classic arcade games but as their recent releases it is very bare bones. On the upside you can get 16 games for $15-$20 but a go... Read Full Review

SNK fans looking for a compilation of more than just fighting games will be very pleased!

PRESENTATION: 2 out of 5This compilation has a very basic and mostly generic menu system to select your games from. None of it looks particularly great, but it isn't bottom of the barrel either. The loading times are als... Read Full Review
