Sniper Ghost Warrior - PS3

SGW: is a fun game and I really appreciate the fact that City Interactive took the time to make a game focused on sniping.

The blending in with the green of the jungle settings is great!

However, I was very surprised not to find "prone" (laying down) an option in the Multiplayer Mode - very bad!

In the the Single Player Mode you can go prone.

The whole point of being a Sniper is hiding and seeking that ''One Shot, One Kill,'' experience.

Oddly, why have a tripod on a Sniper Rifle if you cannot go prone - especially in multiplayer. oh well....

Binoculars would have been great too!

Otherwise, a good game (not great game) and fun...there are some great hideout locations in the Multiplayer level and it is interesting how you have to factor in the wind and aliging your gun to hit your target.

So this is not a game where you can just take a shot and the gun is constantly steady - you have to work at it.

The Single Player Mode is good, however, the AI (Artificial Intelligence) is not the greatest. The enemy is clumsy and out in the open a lot - Sniper Elite for PS2 is awesome with their AI.

Is SGW worth getting, yes, could be improved upon, yes!

SGW 2 is being worked on, let's hope they corrected these flaws.

Another game I was found and you can go prone is and use binoculars is:

Sniper Elite for PS2 (2005), and now on the Wii (2011).

Great Game!
