AI move unrealistically. 5.1 surround sound not yet known to"Rebellion Developments"

You would think, when you go through all of the trouble in developing a potentially superb game like this, you would cover absolutely all of the bases! Ever watch one of those cooking competitions when someone says "Time's up, put your plate on the table"? I get the feeling that's what happened here. Their work on the AI falls short, to say the least. Do the foot soldiers actually move in a natural way to you? Also, why bother having the tutorial showing us to scan with binoculars when the AI (foot soldiers & snipers), guaranteed, will appear out of nowhere (with a few exceptions). Also, if the developers are aiming at (pardon the pun) a true sniper experience, why do they not observe the fact that many of us are listening to 5.1 surround or higher? The AI sound like they could be very near to you, when in actuality they are a couple hundred feet away or they could be right behind you & still sound the same! With this illusion, you often get caught with AI sneaking up on you. A sniper uses all of his/her senses, mainly sight & sound.yet directional hearing seems to be non-existent to the developers. Perhaps Rebellion Developments" should play a few rounds of COD, in some audiophile's home, to experience what directional sounds should be like. You should not only be able to detect approximately how far, but in what direction they're voice is coming from. I almost love this game. The slow mo graphics are amazing (you can almost feel the victim's pain)! Reluctantly though, I find these shortcomings will cause me to be more apprehensive in any future purchases from this developer.
