In contrast to Sniper Elite 3 which took place in Africa, Sniper Elite 4 takes place in Italy. Here the player must find out general Baum's plans to produce new types of bombs and then kill the entire American and British fleets which were ready to invade and liberate Italy. During your quest you'll meet Italian partisans who were fighting against fascists and Nazis. You will use your sniping abilities to take down you enemies, yet you can use you pistols or secondary weapons in brutal firefights. Stealth is your friend and that's the idea of the game. You will die a lot if you don't snipe the majority of your enemies, because they tend to gang on you and surround you from all sides and in the end you will die. You can unlock new weapons and new upgrades for them, also for your equipment. destroy tanks and trucks to gain points which can be use to upgrade your character. With each kill, you gain XP points which help you upgrade. Overall, the game is a solid 8/10.
