How do i get all 96 levels?

where are the last 2,I know this to be true because after you get all 96 you will have a yellow star next to it. Something like this-----96*

The Red dots mean the level has 2 exits

It's Really 96 Goals. Find red dots & one sercet exit is Forest Ghost House. did you clear choclate island 3 normal? maybe you want to clear choclate island 2 sercet, clear it in under fifthy seconds to unlock choclate sercet. or forgot to clear 2 star worlds normal? or if none of these are right then find red dots.
