Is there realy a back door to bowsers castle?

Yes, there is.
Clear Valley of Bowser 2's secret exit and it will take you to the Fortress above it. Clear the Fortress and you will gain access to the Back Door of Bowser's Castle, which bypasses the castle's 8-door security system at the start and throws in a mid-level continue point right before the fight with Bowser.
