Sly Cooper: Thieves in Time Question

Are Sixaxis/Motion controls 100% mandatory?

I do not have any Sixaxis/motion compatible PS3 controllers. Is it downright required to play this game, or can you safely skip those segments? Maybe can you change a setting to use the analog stick instead of motion controls?

Bottom line: Is it 100% required to have a motion compatible controller for this game, or is there ANY way to beat the game on a non-motion compatible controller?
Accepted Answer
Yes, SIXAXIS is 100% necessary. I was a little disappointed myself, because it meant having to switch controllers every time one of those segments came up, and I prefer to use my analog sticks.

Hopefully that gets patched in sometime. But if not, you'll be needing to go buy a DualShock.
