Disappointed! The main character runs like a girl in the park, terrible shooting system, movement overall isn't fluid (with exception to some command based moves), and I simply don't care if there's so much to do with the character. If features are there, perfect them. Hopefully there's a big difference of the official version from this Demo.
Arkham Asylum and Rise To Honor looked more impressive. I want to feel adequate enough to be an Action Bastard without performing glitchy counter attacks and getting shot a few hundred times during gameplay.
I hate the exaggerated leaning of the cars when turning like in GTA 4 ... kind of always hated that .... it's looks so unrealistic.
i really love it but one thing i don't like is negative marking for killing or robbing innocents. WTF man, robbing people is one of the easiest & fastest way of making money. which can't be done here...but still whatever i really love this game & really waiting for it badly

@evil_devil_mons i believe you're speaking without knowing me. I've been playing GTA for a long time an it's clear this game is a cheap copy. Actually, i do prefer to play Little Big Planet than "games like this" as you say.
I'm wondering, did they take out shoot dodging? Cuz I loved that about True Crime 1 and 2, and since this is essentially the same game but under a new name, shouldn't they have kept that cool move? I haven't seen it at all yet. It would be a shame if they took that out.
@zowbaid It's not actually a True Crime in mechanics, if you look back at some interviews, they slapped the True Crime name on it to create buzz and publicity, but the game had no actual mechanical or contexual connection to True Crime sorry
Hand to hand looks great fun. My only complaint on appearances and audio is the driving. The cars and bike sounded just aaaaawful. I wouldn't expect Forza quality but this was lame. I know, minor annoyance if the rest is great.
Looks like a Really good game, i hope everything goes great for them in this investment with True Crime, aka Sleeping Dogs. It would be great if they continued to make these type of games... but instead of continously promoting policemen and all the apparent "good guys", they should give us the chance of actually playing the bad guys... like the Godfather. It sucks playing as some italian girly "mobster".

People would say "well... thats going to increase crime rate!" and my answer to that is... so letting people murder each other with platic bags (manhunt) is ok? but not criminal business.
Games dont break laws, stupid people break laws.
@AtillaTheHun play as a criminal in an open world? i dont think this will ever work. who would want to play as an intalian criminal in a miami kind of city, or a black thug in the hustler life in an LA kinda city or a russian immigrant in new york?? this will never work. that's why your idea, while completely original , will never happen :P
