ITs time to make some chinese essence games, a lot great tales to base on...

Much better than the real action trailer. Gives a better feel of the game.

Some details oversight by Square Enix (the language on police cars (it's written POLICE as using English, not written in Chinese))

china is such a beautiful place. Certainly needs to be explored more in games. I know Jade Empire's rendition of ancient mythological china was stunning

Living in Hong Kong. Hope they can portray the city properly with, of course, exaggerated stereotypes for a cinematic and visual atmosphere but at the same time giving true to the feel of Hong Kong in a video game fashion.

I'm glad Square Enix gave this a chance and picked it up. I feel Activision might end up wishing they hadn't canceled this project.

Looking forward to this one. I enjoyed the first True Crime game, I'm happy to see the series come back and survive Activision throwing it away.

@Gelugon_baat you might envy because it's not an American company. don't forget here in Asia have good gaming companies.

Unfortunately, I can see this game falling into the same traps as Scarface, which I hope it doesn't.

See, having visited Hong Kong a few times makes me want to play this game even more as that is my favorite destination outside the US.

So pretty much this is Squeenix's take at GTA, Hong Kong. Dont get me wrong it could be awesome lets just hope they do it right and not make a direct rip off.

I got to thinking about how far was the progress in this game before SE took over ? the way these guys are talking , it sounds like they started from scratch ?
