My wife and I each bought Thumpback and Eye Brawl without telling the other person and don't really need 2 of each. Was thinking of selling them on ebay but haven't really sold anything on there before. To those that have, any pointers? If someone on here is interested might be persuaded to work something out. Let me know!

I don't need them, but a word of advice, don't scalp them.
Anytime I help people get Skylanders, I take a loss. I don't mind, though, in the interest of helping my fellow humans.
I'd say sell them at cost to someone on here, or some website where some Skylander fan needs it (Skylanders Facebook page, here, Darkspyro.net, or Neogaf).

Uh, Mega, I sent you a message like 2 months ago asking for help with something, and you never even read it.

TC; unless you opened them bring them back for store credit. Or get your money back with a receipt.

Yeah, I barely read my inbox here. I barely have anyime or anything right now, honestly. Trying to get my latest screnplay done.
I did help Ross and another friend get a set of these, though. So, I help whenever I can.
But, back to the whole not scalping thing, in giving advice to the TC, I had a chance to make 1700 dollars off of one Skylander, after a frend at Activision sent me a free Employee Edition LC Prism Break. But, I wouldn't do that to my friend, who is trusting me to add it to my collection.
Sometimes, help and integrity, go furher than money that will just sit in a bank or be wasted in another way.

You were just given Winter Break? You lucky bastard. How many of those even got made?

I absolutely agree with Mega. This game is made for kids, and we collector's are probably starting to be noticed and considered. If you *need* the money from scalping them, no one is going to blame you, but if you can afford to pass them along to someone on here at cost, please do that. The people on this board are a community, and many of us have tried to help one another whenever possible.
With that in mind, a friend of mine sold one of the Toy Fair Cynders last year that he should have given to me. If he gets one this year, if they do another one, I do plan on trying to convince him to sell it to you, Mega, for less than whatever the going rate will be.

No. Winter Break is the wave 3 variant of LC Prism Break.
A friend at Activision, sent me this -
http://i15.photobucket.com/albums/a391/zerox101/IMG_0277.jpgOnly employees at Activision got those as a gift for the holidays. It's an Employee Edition Holiday 2012 Lightcore Prism Break. I just call him Employee Break, lol.
Two of these sold for 1500 plus, and I think only 1000 were made. However, it would be spitting in the face of my friend/fan (he says he's a fan of my collection) if I just got it and sold it. If anything, it pushes me harder to have a standout collection.

Nothing wrong with selling them on eBay if there are fools stupid enough to pay the demand prices. It's not his fault people are impatient and have more bills than brain cells. I frown on people wiping out entire inventories just to make a profit too but in this case I don't see why he can't unload the unneeded figures however he chooses.
