A great and well made game.

Tony Hawks was a game which slowly, in my opinion, drifted away from the skate boarding genre. Skate didnt seem like the type of game which would replace the Tony Hawks franchise but it quickly proved me wrong. The trick system is fun and when you produce the tricks and land them its feels like you've actually done it. The tricks are hard to do on purpose most of the time as I mostly find my self flicking the left analog stick in many directions only timing when i do it. Graphics are also good and the challenges are fun yet sometimes stressful.
Now I move to the game its self. Characters are good and dont get in your way that often even Shingo is hardly never around. Pedestrians are annoying though, you have a giant line then you kick flip of a curb and a pedestrian makes you fall over. The cars can get annoying but in my opinion are fun to ollie over or even manual down a hill into. But then theres the broken bones and all, something which has no effect on the game. You brake your arm and yet you can do a christ air right after it. Also its unrealistic, you smash your face of a curb and all you get is face plant, hardly, but if you fall of a giant staircase you only get a broken wrist, hardly. But over all theres no complaints its a fun, big realistic game, skate boarding wise and graphically. Just make things mean something and dont let the trick system be too precise other wise i hope they make more of the Skate games.
