Singularity is must play if you are a fan of Bioshock or Metro 2033...

The first time i saw some videos and gameplay pictures of Singularity, i instantly decided to get the game. Having played Metro 2033 and loved it, i figured that another Russian-based story-driven shooter would not hurt at all. What sold me on this one though was its very many similarities to none other than the great Bioshock series.

Story
I was surprised when i read GameSpot's review and it said that this game does not have much of story. This is somewhat inaccurate. Story is very much intriguing and it is what keeps you going throughout the game. There is good twist and choice you have to make in the end so this is an instant replay value right there as well.8/10

Graphics
Very Bioshock-like, but the graphics are a little less impressive.Very dark, very gritty game 8/10

Sound/Voice Acting
You got to love the Russian accent. Me, as a fellow Eastern European, was completely enjoying the conversations between the enemies and the accent that the main characters had. As far as soundtrack, there is not much of it, rather than the occasional "high-tech" tunes, which are kind of good to be honest. 9/10

Gameplay
Very solid gameplay, High-tech weapons, great surroundings and solid shooting mechanics. Many upgrades available, weapon upgrades are engaging to do, just imagine Bioshock's features and they probably have it in Singularity, but the game creates its own charm. 9/10

Overall
Make sure you watch whatever is after the credits, it will get you excited about the possible sequel maybe. 8/10

Overall, i truly recommend this game if you are:

1. Fan of either Bioshock or Metro 2033
2. Looking for a story-driven shooter
3. Looking for plain fun game
