Cool Idea Poor Execution

This could have been many things but it wasn't. The animation is poor with lots of texture popping and just plain bad design. It's so bad that going from room to room is like jumping from Fear 2 to Doom 2 some things look really cool and others look really bad. The levels and the character models look unfinished and thrown together as well as the levels. The time gimmick gets old in an hour or so and is not consistent so it really feels like a gimmick. I can rebuild some things and locations but others don't work...go figure. The AI sucks and the weapons feel sloppy. The PC version is so bad it's laughable. It's so obviously ported from console and it is just plain broken in some ways. Early in the game I kept getting stuck in the geometry and there's a lot of areas where it looks like you can go but there's an invisible barrier. ((Spoiler alert)) The endings are not logical in that if you kill one of the characters and go back in time and kill yourself you still get an ending with the dead character alive...WTF. This game had some potential and there are some cool time effects and other never before seen graphics but this is definitely a bargain buy at best. To bad cause I liked Raven when they made the Soldier of Fortune games. Oh well heres to waiting for Crysis 2.
