Much like its counterpart Sim City, Sim Tower is a simulator were you build a skyscraper from the ground up.
You can choose from a number of things to put into your tower. You can rent out business offices, apartments, or sell homes. Your tower will get bad ratings if you put different rooms next to each other due to noise.
You can build up to 100 floors and get special items you can build when you get a higher rating or more traffic through your tower. Working with the elevator system can be frustrating, but once you get the hang of it it's a blast.
You also want to make you tower nice so you get a better rating. Once you get a better rating you will start to get VIP visitors. Usually if you have apartments. If they are pleased with there stay your rating goes up even higher, and you will sometimes unlock different thing you can add to you tower to make it better. Such as underground parking.
As for graphics they are very basic, but you generally don't care about the looks in this game. They are bearable. The building tools are very convenient, and the level of speeds you may choose from are also done well.
I recommend this game to you. It is altogether a addicting game as well as rewarding.
