I would give this game a 9.0 if the maps were bigger. The maps are unfortunately extremely tiny. It makes no sense. The lead game designer got distracted, daze, and confused by the popularity of The Sims game and wanted to incorporate that concept into Sim City which was a big mistake. It destroyed the game. They used up all the system memory so that we can read the thoughts of each little individual person living in the city. The maps are so small that eventually you'll only have sky scrapers in your city and nothing else - no surrounding suburbs because there simply isn't enough room. I do not wish to play this game anymore as long as map sizes are so small.

I like the graphics, I like the 360 rotating camera, I like the zoom in features, I like the idea of controlling multiple cities, and I like the interface. I just don't like the ultra tiny maps. I mean we want to create a gargantuan dream city - we don't want this tiny little mess. 3.0
